The berry bowls allow for a functional surface where I am free to experiment with a variety of painterly illustration styles. Underglaze pencils keep the hand-drawn line through the firing process, palettes of underglazes allow for a watercolor look. Seeing people enjoy the bowls, the fruits of my labor, in their homes is incredibly satisfying.
